Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We ship Monday–Saturday only.

  • Shipping times vary by location but typically take 1–5 business days within the U.S.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to follow your shipment.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your order has not shipped yet and you need to update the address, contact us at (213) 804-7502.

Local Delivery (Atlanta Only)

  • We offer same-day local delivery via Uber for surrounding areas in Atlanta.

  • Delivery times depend on time of purchase and local traffic. For best results, place orders Monday–Saturday between 10 AM–3 PM.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Contact (213) 804-7502 within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility Requirements:

    1. Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way.

    2. Hair must remain in its original bundle, with the top untied.

    3. Hair must be returned in its original packaging.

  • If your order arrives with the wrong length, texture, or a defective item, please notify us within 7 days with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.

  • Return packages must include your name, order ID, and contact number.

  • Hair must be physically received at our warehouse and inspected before a refund is issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
