All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We ship Monday–Saturday only.
Shipping times vary by location but typically take 1–5 business days within the U.S.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to follow your shipment.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Contact (707) 843-2051 within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements:
Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way.
Hair must remain in its original bundle, with the top untied.
Hair must be returned in its original packaging.
If your order arrives with the wrong length, texture, or a defective item, please notify us within 7 days with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Return packages must include your name, order ID, and contact number.
Hair must be physically received at our warehouse and inspected before a refund is issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
